Before there was a company, there was Beau Tillman learning the back streets around Savannah’s historic squares on his uncle’s hauling truck, years before he had a license to drive on them. Four years dispatching for a van line’s Savannah satellite crew taught him the part he wanted no part of: a phone quote that turned into a different number once the driver was standing at the curb. He opened his own outfit off Louisville Road in 2016 instead. Selena Marsh runs the office, Cordell Ashby writes every estimate, and crew chiefs Trey Bonnet and Yolanda Pruitt lead the two teams that load and drive. Everyone on a truck is hired and trained by us directly, never a same-day rental off an app, and our Georgia registration and interstate authority stay current year-round.
Cordell writes the estimate himself off whatever you send here, usually back to you same afternoon. Beau’s still at the Louisville Road warehouse most mornings before the trucks roll, if you’d rather just catch him direct. Nothing gets routed to an answering service or handed off to some other outfit at Honest Moving Company.

A standard 26-foot box truck cannot turn most of the one-way streets ringing Savannah’s historic squares, so rather than skip those jobs or block traffic downtown, Beau keeps a smaller shuttle truck on the schedule specifically for the historic district and transfers each load curbside. Everywhere else — Pooler, Richmond Hill, out past the county line — the full-size trucks run as normal.
Eight people work out of the Louisville Road warehouse, and Cordell writes every estimate off what he actually sees, in person or by video, before a number goes out. That’s the whole reason the figure he quotes and the figure on your bill of lading match, under our current Georgia mover’s registration, with interstate authority already on file for anything crossing state lines.

Beau’s known these streets for over 10 years — which one-way blocks around the historic squares call for the shuttle truck instead of the box truck, which Tybee Island causeway backups matter for a move-day timeline, when a Pooler subdivision’s gate code needs to be requested a day ahead. None of that gets figured out for the first time on your move day.
A truck leaves our Louisville Road warehouse most days pointed somewhere different: north on I-95 toward Charleston and Hilton Head, west on I-16 into Bulloch County and Macon, or a longer haul south toward Jacksonville and Orlando. Wherever it’s headed, Yolanda can usually find you a slot within the week.
